Red Jaguar Homes are excellent in the way they manage the tenant relationship and the property. As an accidental landlord I find the rental market in North London a shark tank full of predators but Red Jaguar Homes are able to cope with this. Very competent and experienced company with a good work ethic.
I discovered the property I currently rent on OpenRent. During the viewing, I met the estate agent, Sim, and immediately felt a warm connection. I explained my situation, and she assisted in securing the property, being incredibly helpful, informative, and supportive throughout the process. Sim demonstrated exceptional patience and helpfulness, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth process in securing the property. Her dedication was evident through regular updates via emails, calls, and messages, not only during working hours but also outside of them, including times when she was on holiday. Subsequently, I required paperwork for personal reasons. Sim made every effort to support me, involving her colleague Bonita. Bonita, being exceptionally attentive, had the necessary documents ready by the end of the day, as promised, which I greatly appreciated. In the following instances, I encountered an issue with the property and promptly contacted both Sim and Bonita. Sim connected me with Bonita again, who swiftly addressed my situation. Bonita liaised with the maintenance department, ensuring a prompt response. Throughout the process, she maintained constant communication via calls, messages, and emails. I wholeheartedly recommend Red Jaguar Homes LTD, especially Sim and Bonita. Let me tell you, my letting agent - Sim is the bomb dot com! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From day one, she's been on top of things, making sure my rental property is well-maintained and any issues are promptly addressed. Her communication skills are off the charts - always accessible by phone or email and quick to respond. Not only that, but she truly does go above and beyond to find quality tenants who pay rent on time and care for the property as if it were their own. The level of professionalism displayed by my letting agent is unmatched and her attention to detail is impeccable. She has handled all the paperwork, ensuring everything is done correctly and efficiently. Honestly, working with her has taken away all the hassle of being a landlord and I can confidently say that my letting agent is an absolute superstar!
An outstanding estate agency. The service looks after both landlords and tenants I dear say 24:7. They ensure that both us and our landlords are looked after by effectively communicating. They do not mess with tenants safety. They are compassionate and considerate. I wish they expand and keep this excellent service.
Moving is already stressful but the team at Red Jaguar Homes are amazing and are genuinely caring and supportive people, they care deeply for their tenants (I lost my grandfather in October 2023 and the whole team where so supportive and checked in on me and my family daily during that difficult time) They have been supportive in ways that you don’t see in the housing industry- Sim is amazing she showed me the property and helped ensure that it was within my budget and made the moving in process very smooth and stress free. Bonita is very hands on and helps with any issue no matter how big or small she’ll get onto it straightaway keeping me updated with any repairs, safety certificates and other things that needed to be done. All in all the team at Red Jaguar go above and beyond what any company would for the tenants and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for your next home.
As a very anxious landlord and parents of a child who has just made the cut in the Buckinghamshire grammar test, we had given our estate agent (Sim @ Red Jaguar Homes) a very short window to find a suitable tenant so that we could fulfil the obligation of moving into Buckinghamshire and also ensuring that our property in Kingsbury, London was let out before the end of Oct 21. Despite this requirement, she not only managed to obtain many viewings for our premises, but she also worked very hard and managed to get the credit references sorted out for those who were interested very quickly and always kept me in the loop about what was going on so that we could make decisions. I just did not have to chase her. In fact, it was the other way around. Our tenants also mentioned that they were also very happy with her service. I wish you all the success in the future and if you wish to spread your wings in other areas pl let us know as we would be more than happy to help you.
Writing this just to show of how grateful I am to have you guys, I have been renting with Red jaguar homes for about year and something and it has been a great experience all around.
